He has published novels, worked in Hollywood as a screenwriter, and has numerous magazine and newspaper articles in his resume. He has spent the last decade focused entirely on his nonfiction writing, which covers various aspects of what is collectively known as “alternative knowledge.” By writing and speaking extensively about his research, he has become a widely-recognized authority on the Intervention Theory of origins (of both life and humanity), which stands in sharp contrast to Darwinism (evolution), Creationism, and Intelligent Design. In February, 1999, Lloyd’s reputation for meticulous research brought him to the attention of a couple with an unusual human skull they wanted scientifically evaluated. Thus began the eight-year odyssey that has culminated in Lloyd’s latest book, The Starchild Skull. During those eight years he has appeared on over 200 radio programs, in the U.S. and around the world. He has been filmed for documentary programs by The Learning Channel, National Geographic, Animal Planet, Extra, and, in England, the Richard and Judy Show (their equivalent of Oprah). He is a scintillating speaker who has lectured throughout the U.S., and in Canada, England, the Netherlands, Australia, and Brazil. He and his work are known by millions worldwide. Lloyd Pye is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, where he played football to gain the insights needed to write his first novel, a searing expose of the underside of the college game. He later became a special agent for military intelligence, which he used to craft his second novel, a techno-thriller about phone phreaking, computer hacking, and submarine warfare. He is also a widely recognized expert on the controversial topic of hominoids—bigfoot, sasquatch, yeti, etc. |
